Programme overview
This five-day programme prepares senior delivery staff to manage groups of related projects as portfolios and programmes. Curriculum covers portfolio selection and prioritisation, benefits mapping and realisation, programme blueprint design, tranche planning, dependency and interface management, portfolio-level risk, and stage-gate decision making.
