Programme overview
This five-day programme takes HR practitioners through building a competency framework end to end. Curriculum covers competency architecture and levels, behavioural indicator writing, role profiling, assessment method selection, calibration and moderation, integration with recruitment and performance systems, and keeping the framework alive after launch.
