Introduction
Legal and commercial teams hold thousands of signed contracts whose obligations, renewal dates and risk clauses sit unread until something goes wrong. AI tools can classify clauses and extract obligations at scale, but without tested prompts, accuracy checks and human review they produce confident errors. This Core Concept course trains contract professionals to run AI-assisted review to a defined standard, from clause taxonomy to validated output. Working hands on with contracts from several sectors, participants build an AI-Assisted Contract Review Playbook and a validated obligation register for a sample of their own contracts.
