Programme overview
This five-day programme prepares staff to identify, structure and manage partnerships through their life cycle. Curriculum covers partner identification and due diligence, value proposition and deal structuring, governance and joint decision rights, performance frameworks, relationship management and escalation, and exit and renewal decisions.
