Programme overview
This five-day programme equips programme staff to design community initiatives and evidence their results. Curriculum covers theory of change and logic models, beneficiary needs assessment, initiative design and delivery planning, output-outcome-impact distinctions, social return on investment, data collection in community settings, and impact reporting to funders.
