Programme overview
This five-day programme addresses sustainability where most of the impact actually sits — upstream and downstream. Curriculum covers value-chain mapping and hotspot analysis, Scope 3 emissions, supplier assessment and engagement, sustainable procurement criteria, circularity and material choices, human rights and labour standards in the chain, and traceability.
